Expenses:

1. Photographs, two prints each (8"x10").
2. Video tape, two copies (VHS format).
3. Travel (mileage, commercial airlines, lodging, and rental vehicles). *
4. Special large scale diagrams for court presentations (printed on plotters). **
5. Miscellaneous special items required by the client.

NOTE: All expenses are billed at the amount of cost to Scott Moore & Associates, and, are due and payable when incurred by Scott Moore & Associates.

*If more than one person is required at an accident site for documentation purposes, then each person's expenses must be reimbursed by the client. Unless otherwise required by the client, all hotel/airline/rental vehicle rates are at the discretion of Scott Moore & Associates.
